The Sr. Telecommunication Engineer provides technical and managerial leadership in the technical design, planning, operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of SelectQuote’s Telecommunication’s systems and networks, including shared SIP trunks. They ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all telecom on prem and cloud infrastructure and services, while also providing technical subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners across all divisions and lines of business. This person will be responsible for driving system availability, geographic redundancy efforts, and technical design documentation. The Sr. Telecommunications Engineer also leads SelectQuote’s number reputation management strategy, documentation, management, and implementation. This role manages 3rd party vendor relationships, and is also expected to build effective relationships with internal business stakeholders. Last, but not least, the Sr. Telecommunications Engineer will lead various projects and be responsible for project outcomes, and also assist with CCaaS and UCaaS administration and configurations as needed.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
