The Workforce Operations Manager I supports the Senior business by supporting the strategy and operations of the Sales Agents. This position needs to be able to partner cross-functionally with other departments effectively. The Workforce Operations Manager oversees key workforce initiatives such as forecasting staffing needs; scheduling optimization; agent leveling strategy and execution; and driving efficiencies across workforce management.
