About the Role

The Director Healthcare Select Membership will work closely with HCS leadership the executive team and various stakeholder groups to drive the member experience. The goal is to build a meaningful membership that improves the health outcomes of its members. Key metrics include member engagement satisfaction revenue generated and ultimately a proxy for health outcomes. As a leader on this team the ideal candidate must be able to communicate and influence various groups to meet objectives have strong cross-functional operational leadership and project management skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position will have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate membership needs based on current population data and drive Healthcare Select membership experience       
  • Direct data team’s work regarding capturing and sharing member information such as Medicare plan information plan fit and plan benefit activation
  • Define triggers based on plan and health information and changes
  • Identify and prioritize content development needs
  • Partner with business development to identify offer gaps and evaluate product fit for customer demographic
  • Responsible for the operational implementation/product workflow (how is the service offered and what's the best workflow for the member and agent)
  • Partner with team to provide requirements on web strategy
  • Responsible for identifying audience targets and treatment strategies 
  • Ongoing engagement strategy and scripting including scripting and handoffs between other departments
  • Coordinate closely with CLM on member engagement strategies and ongoing monetization of products
  • Strategic owner and business owner of our AI engagement tool
  • Business owner of AI analytics
  • Lead efforts to expand member base including standing up new sources           
  • Facilitate executive readouts and discussions
  • Responsible for associated revenue targets by channel

  • Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal written communication and presentation skills; comfortable with high degree of interaction with senior leadership team and a proven ability to influence teams and manage internal resources

  • Flexibility to adapt and change as priorities evolve

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 8+ years of progressive management experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an operational discipline (management marketing program management)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and work streams simultaneously in a cross-functional team

  • Proven experience as both a player and a coach – ability to execute while also leading and influencing others

  • Experience in healthcare services particularly in the Medicare space preferred

Financial Responsibilities (budget revenue):

  • This position has budget responsibility authority and/or level of control.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Compensation for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

Full-time SelectQuote employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary short-term disability, company-paid long term disability, company-paid life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), 401(k) + company match and 100% vesting after 4 years, discretionary profit sharing, employee stock purchase program (espp), paid time off, floating holidays, paid maternity leave, paid parental bonding leave, tuition reimbursement, jury duty pay, and other paid leaves vary based on work location.

Base Salary Minimum

$135,000

Base Salary Maximum

$145,000
