The EVP of Healthcare Operations is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of the organization’s healthcare divisions. This leader will work closely with division owners to drive operational strategy/support budget management process efficiency scalability and strategic expansion across Healthcare Services while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational performance of all healthcare divisions ensuring efficiency compliance and quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices to optimize patient throughput resource utilization and financial performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare division leaders to assess and execute strategic expansion opportunities including new markets service lines and facility growth.
- Support integration efforts for acquisitions joint ventures and partnerships to ensure seamless transitions and operational alignment.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to inform expansion strategies and investment decisions.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on division performance highlighting opportunities challenges and strategic recommendations.
- Present operational insights to the executive leadership team ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with finance and strategy teams to align operational goals with business objectives.

- Articulates clearly where they are going why and how they are going to get there so employees understand how their work aligns to the vision
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to influence teams and matrix manage internal resources; comfortable with high degree of interaction with senior leadership team
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 15+ years of healthcare operations experience required
- 10+ years of progressive management experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
