SelectQuote one of the country’s preeminent national insurance brokerages is searching for a Project Manager for the Creative Services arm of its digital marketing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules for the Creative Services arm of the Creative Services Content Strategy and SEO group and will organize attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. This role will document meetings and follow up on important actions and decisions as well as undertaking project tasks as required. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Identify and define requirements scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams
• Assist with schedule management including the coordination and communication to internal partners of deadlines and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Creative Services team to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through ensuring quality assurance tests are conducted
• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery; preferred experience in working with creative agencies or project managing for creative services teams
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manner

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in areas requiring project and task management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work.  Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
