About the Role

The Omnichannel Operations Analyst II is responsible for analyzing operational data identifying process improvements and supporting the optimization of omnichannel operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports
  • Support process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Provide analytical support to management
  • Provide training and guidance to Level 1 analysts
  • Advanced troubleshooting of system issues
  • Automate the execution of stored procedures by designing more automation solutions and optimizing existing scripts for efficiency

Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.
  • Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in SQL preferably with experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills some experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python are preferred.

Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance Marketing Analytics Computer Science or Business Administration required
  • 2+ years of experience in operational analytics data analysis or a similar role.
  • 2+ years experience with SQL
  • 2+ years Omnichannel Marketing
  • 1+ years of experience and any coding language

Physical Requirements: 

  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The Compensation for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

$75,000

Base Salary Maximum
