About the Role

The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support the Recruitment Marketing team in executing projects and initiatives that strengthen SelectQuote’s employer brand and attract top talent. This role will focus on managing content across Glassdoor, Indeed, Meta, and other social media platforms while capturing and sharing culture highlights from on-site events. The ideal candidate is creative detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow within recruitment marketing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with SelectQuote’s employer brand presence on Glassdoor and Indeed including posting updates and helping monitor reviews.
  • Capture and share culture moments employee highlights and events for social media use.
  • Draft and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns through content creation coordination and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing materials for virtual and on-site recruiting events.
  • Help track performance metrics for posts and campaigns and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct research on social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Recruitment Marketing team.
  • Assist as a backup resource for requisition postings in iCIMS as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative with an interest in photography video and content creation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or platforms.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Internship or 3–6 months of experience in marketing communications or social media management preferred.
  • Experience with TikTok and content creation is strongly desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional on-site presence for capturing content.

The Compensation for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.

 

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

$40,000
