The Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our business operations by independently conducting in-depth data analysis proactively identifying trends and leading cross-functional projects. This position is responsible for independently conducting root cause analyses of compliance issues and complaints developing insightful dashboards and leading initiatives to reduce complaints. This role requires strong analytical communication and technical skills a proactive mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complaint Data Management & Analysis:
- Independently conduct root cause analysis on compliance issues and complaints to identify underlying causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Compliance Data Analytics Dashboarding & Reporting:
- Liaise with carriers to obtain consolidate and manage complaint data; design and oversee a complaint tracking system.
- Develop maintain and enhance compliance dashboards (e.g. Quicksight SQL) to visualize trends monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights from various data sources (complaints audits carrier data etc.).
- Proactively and independently analyze data to uncover compliance trends potential risks and areas for improvement without extensive supervision.
- Prepare and present clear summaries of data analyses root cause findings and trends to stakeholders translating complex data into a compelling narrative that influences decision-making.
- Complaint Reduction Oversight:
- Provide key data analysis to support the company's complaint reduction strategy focusing on identifying root causes and drivers of common themes by analyzing complaint narratives agent behaviors and non-complaint indicators.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements script refinements tool enhancements and targeted audit/coaching strategies.
- Collaborate with and provide data-backed insights to cross-functional teams to drive down complaints.
- Track performance initiative impacts and thematic trends reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Third-Party Compliance System Management:
- Oversee designated third-party compliance software systems ensuring effective utilization data integrity and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support the implementation and integration of new third-party compliance software.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Partner with internal teams on compliance projects and initiatives to enhance departmental and organizational efficiency providing analytical support and compliance expertise.
- Serve as a proactive communicator regularly engaging with internal teams and external carriers to clarify data ask questions and provide updates.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Effectively communicate compliance trends analytical findings and complaint reduction progress to diverse audiences.
- Serve as a point of contact for designated carrier compliance inquiries and data requests.

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to independently collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting with a track record of generating reports and presenting data effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving with a demonstrated ability to move beyond basic data reporting to synthesize information and translate it into a compelling narrative that influences stakeholders and drives change.
- Familiarity with compliance principles and regulatory environments (e.g. CMS FCC) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL BI tools Google Suite Jira Lucid). Proven experience using SQL and BI tools to develop and maintain dashboards that visualize trends and monitor KPIs resulting in measurable improvements.
- Good organizational and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Proven track record of working effectively both independently and as part of a team demonstrating a self-starter attitude.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Data Analytics Finance Healthcare Administration or a related field or equivalent relevant experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance regulatory data analysis or operations support role required.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
