About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator I role will support recruiting & onboarding activities by processing verbal offers and completing administrative audits of new hire data. This position will also be responsible for uploading new hire documentation within SelectQuote systems. The Recruiting Coordinator I will provide administrative support to the team to assist in creating and presenting various reports and other special projects as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire recruiting and onboarding process with administrative duties and managing day-one training class check-ins
  • Assist with all recruiting activities such as (but not limited to) tracking offer letters, partnering with vendors on background checks, and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system
  • Develop and present data and reporting as needed
  • Special projects as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills communication skills and administration support skills
  • Customer-service-oriented energetic and positive working attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects by assigned deadlines

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a high volume administrative/support capacity

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to maintain consistent schedule
